Association «Moscow Non-Ferrous Metals Exchange» (MNFME) was set up in 1991 (registration number of Moscow Registration Chamber N 013468) and has got licence N3 of May 19, 1994 of State Committee for antimonopoly policy of RF which provides a right of exchange trade of commodity sections as follows: raw materials, semi-precious stones, semiproducts, metal products, products for production and technical applications, farm products , consumer goods, agreements, contracts, options. The activity of the exchange is directed at the growth of efficient market of non-ferrous metals according to standards and rules of exchange trade accepted in world practice. At MNFME spot and forward transactions (futures and option contracts) are made.

The range of available goods at the market includes the whole spectrum of primary non-ferrous metals, raw materials for non-ferrous metals production, rolled non-ferrous metals products. Since 1995 a trade in futures contracts for primary aluminum, aluminum alloys, copper, nickel have been carried on with delivery term of 3 months. A self-contained system of futures market infrastructure has been created which presents Exchange - Clearing Center «Moscow Clearing House» (licence CB of RF N 2365-P) - certified exchange warehouses.

How to become a member or participant of MNFME ?

There are three categories of participants of exchange activity at MNFME:

members of Association with voting right in exchange management;
invited broker firms without right to participate in exchange management;
exchange customers.

The work of exchange customers is effected by way of commercial offers to buy and sell. Exchange members and invited broker firms are provided by whole volume of commercial information free of charge.

Commercial information coming to MNFME from members and participants are placed into all information exchange bases including Internet.
